Holman Arts and Media Center, Incline Village

Sugarpine Engineering designed mechanical and plumbing systems for conversion of an existing office-parking structure to an iconic arts education center.  The Center includes space and facilities for the physical arts: sculpture, dark-room photography, metalworking, welding, ceramics, and others.

Sugarpine’s designs included heating, ventilation, welding hoods, gas piping, outdoor kiln, sediment control, kiln ventilation, plumbing, dark room, and air conditioning systems.
